Considering the increasing development of products and services in the field of information exchange space and their widespread use in vital, sensitive and important infrastructures of the country, ensuring the security of infrastructures, organizations and institutions of the country is considered a very important issue because security threats in the production space. And information exchanges are happening more and more. It is obvious that the use of products, services and laboratories qualified by security services will improve the security of the national network and prevent possible damages resulting from the use of unsafe products. Efta Strategic Management Center and Saman Saman Government Organization are jointly responsible for security assessment and certification.

Technical approval of software registration

According to the Law on Protection of the Rights of Creators of Computer Software, the right to publish, supply, execute and materially and spiritually exploit software is for the software creator for thirty years, provided that the creator registers his work with the Ministry of Guidance.
